Video conferencing

To make our conferences open to everyone, Global Science Networks offers a video presentation option for participants who cannot attend in person. Researchers anywhere in the world can share their work and join the discussion.

How it works

1. Send us your presentation slides (PowerPoint).
2. Install the Zoom app on your phone, laptop or tablet.
3. Create a free account at zoom.us.
4. We email you a meeting invitation with the meeting ID and password.
5. Check your camera, microphone and internet connection before you join and share your screen.

Maximum presentation time: 10 minutes.
