Do's and don'ts for participants

A few simple rules help every participant get the most out of a Global Science Networks conference. Please read them before you travel.

Do

Submit original work that has not been published or submitted elsewhere.
Register and pay before the last date of registration, and keep your payment receipt.
Check the conference page and your email regularly for the programme and venue details.
Arrive at the venue before the reporting time and bring an original photo ID.
Bring your presentation on a laptop or USB drive, and keep to your presentation time.
Stay for the whole session and take part in the discussion after other presentations.
Tell us in advance if you need to present by video instead of in person.

Don't submit plagiarised work or another person's paper. See our plagiarism policy.
Don't add or remove authors after registration without the agreement of all authors.
Don't use the invitation letter for any purpose other than attending the conference.
Don't go over your presentation time, or leave before your session ends.
Don't record or share other participants' presentations without their permission.
