Yes. You can submit the full paper before the submission deadline and make changes until the registration deadline. After the registration deadline no changes are possible.

Tell us roughly when you expect approval and we will look at your case individually. We cannot wait beyond two weeks before the conference starts, so please submit your paper or abstract as early as possible.

Yes, you can publish only the abstract. Once a paper or abstract is included in the proceedings it cannot be deleted or replaced.

No. The reviewers and editor decide which journal suits your paper, based on the full paper. Send the full paper at least two weeks before the registration deadline so we can advise you on journal suitability.

Yes. Every author receives a Paper Evaluation Report after the conference. If your paper is selected for a journal you also receive an Editorial Review Report, for which a full paper must be sent before the conference.

It depends on how quickly you respond to the reviewers and send the revised paper. The minimum is about six months.

Yes. We suggest publishing only the abstract in the proceedings if you plan to publish the full paper elsewhere.

Yes. Early bird registration fees apply for a few days after the paper submission deadline; the exact date is shown on each conference page. We do not sponsor participants.

A draft programme with all papers and authors is sent about one week before the conference.

All our journals have print and online ISSNs, and proceedings are published with an ISBN.

No. Participants book their own accommodation; we have no arrangements with hotels.

Registered authors and participants can request an official invitation letter, sent by email. The visa process usually takes about a month and is the participant's responsibility; Global Science Networks cannot guarantee a visa or refund fees after the deadline.
