Visa invitation letter

An invitation letter confirms that your paper and registration have been accepted by the conference committee. It is written in English and can support your visa application, but it does not guarantee a visa.

How to request a letter

Invitation letters are issued only after your registration and payment are complete, and are sent by email. To request one, email [email protected] with:

• Your completed registration form
• Proof of payment
• A passport-size photo
• A scan of your passport

About visas

The organising committee has no control over the visa process or the decision of the embassy or consulate, and is not responsible for visa decisions. Processing times vary, so apply as early as you can.

If your application is refused, we cannot change the decision or correspond with the embassy or ministry on your behalf. See section E of our rules and regulations. If you cannot travel, you can present by video.
